How Long is the commitment to join?
With over 250 colors of Glide #40 it could to up to 2 years to receive all of the colors. You may cancel your membership for any reason with a 30 day notice from your billing date. Your billing date will be the day you join. So if you join on the 10th of the month, your re-occurring billing will be on the 10th of every month. If you choose to cancel you must do so after receiving your shipment for the billing month but before the billing for the next month.  Example, if you join on the 10th your first shipment will not go out until the following month on the first Monday of the next month.

May I rejoin?
Yes, you may rejoin after 30 days.

May I choose the colors?
No, we choose the colors that are sent each month.

May I join more than one package membership?
Yes, If you want to join any of the packs you wish. They will ship on the same day in the same package.

When will my package be shipped?
Packages will ship on the first Monday of the month.

What is the shipping cost. 
Shipping is by priority mail and will be determined by the package you choose.  We will pack the cones in the best way to keep them from being broken. It may not be in a flat rate padded envelop as it may not be the best choice or least expensive flat rate.  You don't want to receive broken thread cones or bobbin jars.
